It’s ideal if your boiler is reliable or still under warranty, but you want the rest of the heating system covered too.

What happens when you join
Your first visit
We carry out a system suitability check before cover begins.
This allows us to confirm the heating system is operating safely and prevents customers paying for pre-existing faults.
After acceptance:
• Your annual boiler service is scheduled
• Heating system protection becomes active
• You can call us if your heating system stops working
This keeps cover fair for everyone and avoids hidden exclusions later.
What Silver does NOT include
Silver includes heating system breakdown protection but does not cover internal boiler component failures once outside manufacturer warranty.
Examples of internal boiler parts:
• PCB
• Fan
• Gas valve
• Internal leaks inside the appliance
If your boiler is still under manufacturer warranty, those parts would normally be repaired under the manufacturer guarantee.
Silver is designed to protect the rest of the heating system around the boiler.
