Excellent fitting of a new Gas boiler, thoughtful engineer, clean and tidy in his work. Boiler works great. Messy pipework around old boiler rerouted so it looks neat. Estimate matched the cost of the boiler replacement. Garry explained how to use boiler to keep house warm and cosy at the least cost.

From the first call, Garry was prompt and professional, providing a clear, fair quote that outlined every step of the project. On installation day, Sol arrived on time and fitted the new boiler with confidence and precision. While he was there, he also took care of several radiators—removing the old units, cleaning the pipework, and installing brand‑new, efficient radiators that heat each room evenly. Throughout the process, communication was transparent, the crew was courteous, and the workmanship was top‑notch. Boiler installation without all the fuss!
Gary was great throughout. As a local firm it was easier to get personal recommendations from family and friends who have also used Gary. From the initial visit to price up for the job which was a new boiler in the loft to the end when he personally visited to check all was good and we were happy. The quote was detailed and he had a date for the job which he kept to (unlike some others). Sol who did the work was fantastic, he just got on with the job. No fuss no mess and very neat job. Great new boiler experience.
My 97 year old mum and dad just had a new Worcester boiler fitted by blue flame. The service was excellent. The price was good and fitting was done within days of ordering. The person who fitted the boiler was polite, courteous, quiet and thorough. We highly recommend this firm.

I contacted this company when my previous Service Engineer retired. I am so pleased with this Company as I was given a time of his visit and he was prompt. Fault rectified
Contacted Blue Flame as I had no downstairs heating. Garry diagnosed the fault instantly where others had failed to do so. Very thorough, reliable engineer - highly recommended.
Combi Replacement
Blue Flame was recommended to me by a Friend. They did not disappoint. They provided great communication, advice and was happy to answer any questions. Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant—initially helped me out of a jam that British Gas had left me in—took out cover with British Gas and on initial inspection—there was a problem with the flue -which they didn’t want to touch—but—then deemed the boiler as unsafe— it was the beginning winter and freezing outside—and they were happy to just walk away leaving us without heating or hot water—phoned around -and thankfully Gary turned up within an hour —sorted it out without any fuss—so-based on this I cancelled the British Gas contract-and took out my cover with Gary and blue flame — I haven’t had to use the cover yet—but I’ve no doubt there won’t be a problem should I need to—my daughter has recently bought her first house and on my advice-has also taken out the best cover available—can’t rate this company highly enough— they’re local and based on my previous experience I’ve no doubt will attend to any problem instantly—would i recommend them —100%—!!
Excellent, reliable gas fitters
Blue Flame have come to us twice - once to service our boiler and again to remove another appliance. Both times they have been able to come out almost the same day, have given a very fair quote, arrived when they said they would, and completed the job quickly and with minimal fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.
