    It would be a jolly sight easier to say what I didn't like to be honest.- because I really rate this company. Where do I begin? OK first off I am a pensioner so personal safety, honesty and integrity are essential to me and I have found nothing but sincere help and support throughout the processes involved in choosing installation and after care. I don't have oodles of money - no-one does these days so it was vital that someone who actually KNEW about the products was prepared to spend time explaining to an ignoramus like me which boiler was best suited to my needs. Then came installation - on time (perfectly ....and doesn't that make a change!!!). There were a few niggles - caused by a poor bodge job done by a previous owner and they sorted that out for me too thank heavens. One perfectly working boiler oh and instructions what to do if this that or the other happened......hmmm great service but I have a memory like a sieve these days......enter after care Now this is where the company goes waaaaaay beyond anything I have experienced before....Its almost like they asked every customer what they would really really want (heck I sound like a spice girl!) and then pulled that all together So you can either choose the old fashioned route pay for a service when you need one (and pray you can afford it when the time comes) OR you can opt for a CHOICE of service plans.... bronze, silver gold or platinum. I pay monthly so I can spread the costs, I know that they will come every year to service my boiler and I rest easy. And now for the best bit. I am useless when it comes to remembering instructions, especially something like if there is a code that appears telling me the pressure has dropped; so bless him Garry made and sent me a video on Whats App so if I need to I can refer back to it - genius .....that would have been a call out back in the day and lord knows what that would cost in today's climate. And now? Now I am trying to update some of the radiators in my house and Garry is going to send me some pics of ones he has...am I likely to choose them - you bet I am - if they are good enough for your installer then they are certainly going to be good enough for me. Oh and before I log off that one unique extra? I have never seen Garry or his team without a smile, they always have time to explain things and show you how something works....yes I might forget what they said but I never forget the exceptional service with a smile - well done - all kudos to you.

    Annual Boiler Service - Baxi Boiler

    Garry from Blue Flame came to service my BAXI boiler which he and his team installed last year. As promised when the boiler was installed, this first service was free.     Our boiler broke down and previously called out another company who gave us wrong information and misdiagnosed our boiler. Gave Garry a call and he called out the next day and found the problem instantly..was initially quoted twice as much by the other guy but ended up paying half that by getting the work done with Garry. very professional and friendly guy. thanks very much.

    Had a new condenser boiler fitted. Carl did a fantastic job. He was professional, polite and thorough. He made sure boiler and the new Hive control was working before he left. He left no mess, old boiler was taken away. Garry followed up with us next day to explain warranty etc. That is what I call excellent customer service! Would highly recommend Blue Flame Gas Solutions ltd. Fantastic price and amazing service.

    Im getting on a bit so for me while I expect (and got) brilliant installation service 6 years ago, its the maintenance and service thereafter that is equally important to me. Now like I said age is starting to take its toll - the eyesight isnt all it was and as for trying to remember anything remotely useful about what to do once i a blue moon (ie after a power cut or if I am going to reprogramme the thingy {see what I mean useless at the terminology!!}) Enter Garry. I have to say he is nothing short of amazing on customer service. Not only can he talk me through what to do on the phone usually, if I still have difficulty he sends me a video! Oh that might not sound much to some of you but to someone on a pension that saves me a call out charge. I pay my maintenance costs monthly which works out superbly for me because I am not faced with huge bills and what's more I had a choice of bronze silver gold or platinum service. Oh and I hate saying this (because I do love seeing him he is such a nice guy) but he really has thought of everything and I have NEVER seen him without a smile on his face and thats damned rare today. read less

    The work carried out was a first class experience. Survey and quote delivered quickly and professionally. The cost was very reasonable. The date for the work to be done was agreed and adhered to.     Professional Excellent Job

    I have had Garry To put in a new boiler
    He has done boiler services for other family members.
    He also fixed my Mum’s boiler, when a contractor sent out earlier by a big name company said that it couldn’t be fixed and left my vulnerable mother without heating for a few days. Thankfully she allowed me to call Garry who sorted it straight away. He also charged far less for fixing the boiler than the contractor did for just coming out.

    Blueflame are a very good company and deserve the praise!!
