Overall service prompt, reliable and competitive considering the works we had. After an initial consultation with a large well known heating engineering business, we were advised that we would need to invest in a significant amount of reconfiguration works as part of a replacement boiler fit out which we were struggling to comprehend. Blue Flame Gas Solutions were recommended to us for a second opinion and after the initial consultation we never looked back. Garry and the team were extremely knowledgeable with our existing system brand, were able to advise on the best replacement system that was fit for purpose and were able to clearly articulate the reasons why we didn’t need to invest unnecessary reconfiguration works in addition to the replacement boiler. Communication with the business was easy and we were fully kept up to date every step of the way. Back office arrangements are second to none for a small business. Installation with the engineering team was engaging and all workmanship was clean and tidy. We were provided with full instructions and a thorough handover of everything before leaving us. Even after installation when we had some technical issues with the wireless smart thermostat, the business were very accommodating and quick to respond with switching us over to a hard wired thermostat to resolve. Garry came out and gave a good quote 24 hours after filling in the web form following a complete boiler failure. He went above and beyond to fit a new install in within 48 hrs with John completing the not straightforward job in a day. Excellent fitting of a new Gas boiler
Excellent fitting of a new Gas boiler, thoughtful engineer, clean and tidy in his work. Boiler works great. Messy pipework around old boiler rerouted so it looks neat. Estimate matched the cost of the boiler replacement. Garry explained how to use boiler to keep house warm and cosy at the least cost.

It would be a jolly sight easier to say what I didn't like to be honest.- because I really rate this company. Where do I begin? OK first off I am a pensioner so personal safety, honesty and integrity are essential to me and I have found nothing but sincere help and support throughout the processes involved in choosing installation and after care. I don't have oodles of money - no-one does these days so it was vital that someone who actually KNEW about the products was prepared to spend time explaining to an ignoramus like me which boiler was best suited to my needs. Then came installation - on time (perfectly ....and doesn't that make a change!!!). There were a few niggles - caused by a poor bodge job done by a previous owner and they sorted that out for me too thank heavens. One perfectly working boiler oh and instructions what to do if this that or the other happened......hmmm great service but I have a memory like a sieve these days......enter after care Now this is where the company goes waaaaaay beyond anything I have experienced before....Its almost like they asked every customer what they would really really want (heck I sound like a spice girl!) and then pulled that all together So you can either choose the old fashioned route pay for a service when you need one (and pray you can afford it when the time comes) OR you can opt for a CHOICE of service plans.... bronze, silver gold or platinum. I pay monthly so I can spread the costs, I know that they will come every year to service my boiler and I rest easy. And now for the best bit. I am useless when it comes to remembering instructions, especially something like if there is a code that appears telling me the pressure has dropped; so bless him Garry made and sent me a video on Whats App so if I need to I can refer back to it - genius .....that would have been a call out back in the day and lord knows what that would cost in today's climate. And now? Now I am trying to update some of the radiators in my house and Garry is going to send me some pics of ones he has...am I likely to choose them - you bet I am - if they are good enough for your installer then they are certainly going to be good enough for me. Oh and before I log off that one unique extra? I have never seen Garry or his team without a smile, they always have time to explain things and show you how something works....yes I might forget what they said but I never forget the exceptional service with a smile - well done - all kudos to you.
