What happens when you join
Your first visit
We carry out your boiler safety check and plumbing suitability inspection during the same appointment.
This confirms the system is safe and prevents pre-existing faults being included.
After acceptance
• Your cover becomes active
• You can call us whenever a covered fault occurs
One visit, clear protection, no surprises.
What Plumbing Cover does NOT include
Plumbing Cover protects against unexpected faults, but like all protection plans it cannot cover problems that already existed before joining.
Typical exclusions:
-
Faults identified during the initial inspection
-
Damage caused by neglect, freezing or severe corrosion
-
Bathroom upgrades, installations or cosmetic work
-
External drainage or underground pipework
-
Misuse or non-domestic use
-
Pipework buried in concrete floors, walls or solid structures where access would require building or excavation work
If anything needs attention before cover can begin, we’ll explain it clearly first — no pressure, no surprises.

Not sure if Plumbing Cover is right for you?
Our engineer checks your boiler and heating system first — and at the same time we visually inspect accessible plumbing before confirming plumbing cover. Hidden pipework cannot be assessed.
This inspection helps prevent pre-existing faults being included under the plan.
If we spot anything already leaking, seized, heavily corroded or near failure, we’ll explain it clearly before cover begins.
No pressure. No surprises. Just honest advice.
You can add or remove plumbing cover anytime as your needs change.
