Yes. Every new Boiler Cover customer receives a First Visit Inspection within the first 28 days.

Does boiler cover include emergency breakdowns?
Yes — if your plan includes breakdown cover, we’ll attend emergency callouts and get your heating or hot water running again as quickly as possible. Silver, Gold and Gold Plus include full breakdown support. Depending on cover – boiler or system related.
How fast can an engineer attend?
Because we’re local, our response times are fast:

Can I cancel my cover at any time?
Yes — you can cancel anytime with no penalties.

If you cancel within the first 12 months you will be charged service cost of £85 less any payment made, plus any call out fees.

What if my boiler is old?

Yes — you can change your plan whenever you like. If you want more cover, you can upgrade instantly. If you want to reduce your monthly cost, you can downgrade your plan at the next billing cycle. Just contact the Blue Flame office and we’ll handle everything for you, with no hassle.
What happens if I move home — can I transfer my boiler cover?
Yes — your cover can be transferred to your new property as long as the new boiler meets the eligibility criteria. Just notify us when you move, and we’ll update your details instantly.
Does Bronze include breakdown cover?
No — Bronze is Service Only. It includes your annual boiler service and safety checks, but it does not include breakdown repairs or replacement parts.
What’s the main difference between Bronze and Silver?
Silver includes boiler service like Bronze plus full system breakdown cover, including radiators, valves, pumps, pipework, and common faults.
What extra protection does Gold give me over Silver?
Gold includes boiler parts & labour and annual boiler service. Priority callouts, and enhanced repairs. Silver does not cover boiler parts & labour

What plumbing issues do you cover?
Plumbing Cover includes leaks, burst pipes, internal blockages, faulty valves, waste pipes, and household plumbing faults. External pipework and large-scale upgrades are not included.
What electrical problems are covered?
Electrical Cover includes faulty circuits, fuse board trips, wiring faults, sockets, switches, and common household electrical failures. Full rewires and major upgrades are not included.
